The Account/Key Account Manager role is based on the Gulf Coast, reports to the Sales Manager and operates in a remote/hybrid schedule. The position provides sales support for existing customers in the industrial coatings market while also developing new accounts by building relationships with owners, buyers, finishing supervisors and engineers.
Success in this role requires a solid understanding of liquid coating applications, the ability to collaborate with R&D on product chemistry, and the skill to recommend coating properties and performance improvements tailored to customer needs.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least four years of experience with paint or coating applications. Required competencies include strong presentation, selling, negotiation and relationship‑building skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and excellent written and oral communication.
