- Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions
- Uphold Green By Nature’s reputation by maintaining a premium site whilst working amongst staff of the facility
- Maintain a permanent site - 5 days a week
- Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities
- Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising
