- Produce detailed 2D CAD drawings (plans, sections, elevations, schematics) for construction, or client update purposes.
- Maintain version control and document logs for submittals and handover packs.
- Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to gather technical data and compliance documentation.
- Support the project manager/engineer in documentation and design-related tasks.
- Liaise with site team to ensure approved submittals are understood
- Track submittal status and respond to consultant/client comments.
- Ensure filing and tracking of all technical documents and drawings in line with relevant ISO standards
- Revise drawings based on design changes, RFIs, or site conditions.
- Organise, prepare, and submit handover packs including:
- Update construction drawings to reflect as-built site conditions
- Ensure all submittals meet client, consultant, and contract requirements.
- Liaise between design, construction, and procurement teams for timely submission of documents.
- Prepare and develop technical submittals in line with project specifications.

- Past experience of producing O&M Manuals for handover, would be beneficial.
- Excellent Word processing, Spreadsheet and PDF (Adobe) packages and software skills.
- Attention to detail, to ensure accurate information is provided.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Ability to work with and interact with other disciplines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint packages, with particular emphasis on MS Excel.
- Flexibility, able to adapt and comply with Company/Client requirements
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Material Data Sheets and CE certificate
- Ability to work on own initiative
- BIM, PDF software / MS SharePoint experience desirable.
- QA/QC documentation & Compliance certificates
- Ability to manage work load, prioritise tasks and meet Project handover deadlines.
- O&M manuals (Operation & Maintenance)
- Construction experience / knowledge.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / Navis Works BIM packages, to generate drawings / update layouts.
