The Channel Partner will play a key role in driving sales and brand presence for DECA Properties. This position is ideal for professionals with a proven track record in real estate development, business development, and client relationship management.

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential buyers and investors.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, property exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Promote and sell DECA Properties projects through your existing client and broker network.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing and sales teams for lead generation activities.
