The Product Delivery Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring seamless execution of Global Product Delivery operations. The position owns the end‑to‑end inventory transactions process through the ERP system, coordinates cross‑functional activities and ensures alignment between Product Delivery, Finance, Engineering, Sourcing and Materials teams to support on‑time and accurate product availability worldwide.
You will execute and monitor inventory via Sales Order transactions within Oracle Pascal, ensuring data accuracy when loading or removing demand and recognizing revenue for all MDC shipments. You will review, action and track Sales Order Workflow and Materials Release Workflow requests using Microsoft PowerApps, liaising with Materials and Sourcing teams as needed. You will also manage Project Dispatch Requests through the Materials Release Workflow, confirming quality sign‑off and completing Oracle transactions.
You will support the Materials team with ICPO requests by providing MRB and CIPL documentation, managing Oracle transactions and updating processes with the Global Inventory Leader. This includes handling purchase order and expense management activities to ensure smooth procurement operations.
