Create and edit marketing content for global events and tradeshows.
Coordinate with designers, social media specialists and digital marketers to deliver polished and effective campaigns.
Uphold TRC’s content standards and maintain consistency in tone, messaging and branding across all materials.
Collaborate with the Director of Content and Sector Marketing Managers to write and edit high-impact content for events, including website pages, HubSpot landing pages, email campaigns, event collateral, presentations and more.
Ensure all content is error-free, brand-compliant and optimized for audience engagement.
Simplify technical topics across the power, infrastructure, and environmental sectors into clear, persuasive narratives.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills. (Writing samples are required.)
Prior experience writing content for websites, email campaigns, or digital marketing initiatives.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently, while also working collaboratively within a global team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing platforms is a plus.
