  • Advise on capability investments that deliver measurable impact and ROI.
  • Lead the development of a global skills and capability agenda aligned with strategic priorities.

  • Strong understanding of future workforce trends (e.g. AI-human collaboration, sustainability).
  • Expertise in skills taxonomies, capability frameworks, and strategic L&D interventions.
  • Proven experience in L&D or Organisational Development within complex global organisations.
  • Entitlement to two memberships to professional bodies or subscriptions.
  • Inclusive leadership style and a collaborative approach.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills at senior levels.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and technology-enabled learning.
