

A fully integrated global real estate firm developing, investing in and managing rental housing, logistics and life‑science assets.
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure vacant units meet established quality standards for re‑leasing by performing technical and mechanical work that prepares apartments for market‑ready occupancy.
Key duties include completing required repairs and improvements according to the community’s make‑ready checklist, such as caulking, sealing, inspecting and repairing sheetrock, applying touch‑up paint, and assisting with grounds, common area, and amenity maintenance while documenting all tasks promptly.
Incumbents must be able to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (or 50 lb with assistance), and work in all weather conditions; the schedule may require flexible hours, on‑call availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays, and occasional travel to other properties.
Compensation is an hourly rate of $17.00–$20.00, with eligibility for weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual bonus programs depending on whether the position is corporate or onsite.
