Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
Ensure partners have the resources, training, and guidance necessary to promote and sell Bricsys effectively.
Share customer and market feedback to improve messaging, product positioning, and sales strategies.
Leverage Pre-Sales expertise to strengthen proposals, validate solutions, and support closing complex deals.
Develop a strong pipeline by targeting key industries and customer segments.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Drive revenue growth, meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.
Ensure customers fully understand the technical capabilities of Bricsys solutions and how they can address specific business challenges.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record of hunting for new business and successfully closing deals.
Ability to work effectively with Pre-Sales Technical teams, ensuring customers understand and adopt Bricsys solutions.
Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in direct sales or business development, ideally in software industry, CAD, or technology solutions covering the territory.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to support partners in closing business.
Expected to travel where required for customer meetings, partner support, and industry events.
Fluent in the relevant regional language(s).
Experience selling into the AEC and/or Manufacturing sectors
Consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage customers and articulate value.
Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented mindset.
Experience working with larger customer accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth.
