Minimum of five (7) years of experience leading engineering projects.
Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification required.
Experience with building HVAC system design for commercial, mixed-use, aviation, hospitality, and/or high-rise preferred.

Ability to provide effective responses to sensitive inquiries from clients, regulatory agencies, and/or members of the business community.

In depth knowledge for team guidance of energy modeling, load calculations, and LCCA analysis using modeling software and techniques.
