Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
Prepare budgets and forecasts for the division and present them to the executive team.
Travel to jobsites as needed.
Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers on project budgeting and cost control.
Analyze financial reports and develop new financial strategies to achieve company goals.
Supervise a team of 3 accountants.
Support Corporate with internal and external financial audits.
Prepare monthly financial statements and communicate results to executives.
Manage the completion of the month/quarter/year-end close for the division.
Prepare monthly journal entries.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the division's finances.

Ability to summarize and analyze multi-faceted financial data.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive financial data with integrity.
SAP experience is a plus
Organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize under pressure.
Management experience.
5-10 years of experience in financial or accounting roles, preferably within the construction industry is a plus.
Understanding of construction job costing, billing cycles, retainage, and WIP accounting, desired but not required.
Non-compliance with reporting requirements to regulatory authorities
Proficiency with MS Office Suites.
Analytical skills with attention to detail in project financials.
Clear and concise communication skills to interact with project managers, estimators, and executive leadership.
