What you would be doing

- You will oversee all aspects of team performance, conducting regular 1:1s, managing absence, disciplinary procedures and training development.
- You are the point of escalation for customer complaints, so you’ll need to take a balanced and proactive approach to ensuring positive outcomes.
- You’ll be part of the call-out rota for the repairs service. In practice, this amounts to 1 week every 6 months on call.
- You’ll be leading a large team of multi-skilled trade operatives and team leaders, ensuring KPIs are met to maintain excellent service delivery levels.

- You should have an excellent working knowledge of Health and Safety requirements in a repairs service.
- You will be confident coaching your team and delivering training sessions.
- You’ll have a full UK driving licence and a vehicle to enable to you travel across the region during the working day.
- Ideally, you’ll have some experience or knowledge of the housing sector, but we’d encourage applications from candidates out of sector who meet the other requirements.
- You’ll have proven experience directly managing a multi-skilled team of operatives.
- Annual leave starting at 28 days and rising to 31 days after three years, a day off for your birthday, plus bank holidays.
- Salary - £52,114 per annum
