- 6-9 years of Construction Management or Construction related Project Management
- Travel approximately 50% of the time both in and out of state
- Operate a computer and other related office equipment, and possess visual acuity to read information from printed sources and computer screens
- Lift up to 40 pounds (ladders)
- Respond quickly to sounds
- Must have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision-making abilities
- Must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures, all project delivery methods and contracting vehicles
- Must have excellent presentation skills
- Preferred credentials include: PMP or CCM Certification or MRICS certification (project management)
- Relevant experience with degrees mentioned above, ten years of experience with a related degree may be considered
- Leverage knowledge of construction methodologies, project delivery, and contracts
- Strong organizational skills
- Must have strong skills in project management, including time management, client communication and management and safety. Experience in estimating, scheduling, cost management and project takeoffs are a big plus
- Ability to coordinate a team of professionals of varying disciplines to achieve top level results
- Experience as a consultant involved in forensic work advantageous
- Position requires Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or closely related field that offers the level of experience required
- Ability to market our services to clients
- Move safely through confined spaces and narrow paths
- Required skills include: Strong communications skills, strong construction experience, senior level experience in Microsoft Suite of software tools, ability to learn new software programs related to our services
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
