The Liaison Officer acts as the main interface between clients and landowners, occupiers and agents, building relationships and proactively securing the consents required for project delivery. The role involves land referencing, handling complaints, arranging site visits, supporting compensation claims, maintaining stakeholder records, and ensuring programme milestones are met within client‑set timeframes, often working directly from project sites.
- Serve as primary liaison between clients and landowners, occupiers, and agents.
- Proactively engage landowners to secure required consents.

- Conduct land referencing to identify owners and occupiers.
