The Co‑op/Intern will work with QuadReal’s Portfolio Management, Development, Investment and Asset Management teams, focusing primarily on the Canadian portfolio. The role provides mentorship from senior analysts and requires strong attention to detail, organized workflow management, collaborative mindset, and the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prepare internal reporting packages and present quarterly portfolio performance to senior leadership and the Board.
- Analyze quarterly reports, financial statements, and investment documents to extract performance insights.
- Collaborate with Portfolio Accounting, Finance, Asset Management, and Development teams on budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio strategy.
- Support the Valuations team during quarterly valuation cycles and assess asset‑value drivers.
- Assist in capital forecasting, reforecasting, and creation of strategic overviews for development pipelines and income‑producing assets.
- Provide ad‑hoc analytical support to internal teams and help investment teams evaluate transaction impacts.
- Receive mentorship from analytical team members and participate in weekly Speaker Series, Fireside Chats, and case competitions.
- Engage in community volunteering events and build professional networks across QuadReal.

- Required: enrollment in Real Estate, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics; strong quantitative and analytical abilities; advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; effective communication and presentation skills.
- Preferred: knowledge of Argus Enterprise, PowerBI, Power Query; prior experience with real‑estate firms; interest in a real‑estate career; pursuing CFA designation.

The position is based in Vancouver and reports to the Associate, Global Portfolio Management.
The expected hourly rate is $28, with final compensation determined by skill, experience, education, market factors, and internal equity.
