Service Superintendent

Description

• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, building managers, and internal leadership
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, company safety standards, and warranty guidelines
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality from start to finish
• Mentor and develop crew members to strengthen performance and consistency
• Inspect, diagnose, and guide repairs on TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, and Metal roofs
• Lead and manage a service crew on large-scale repair and maintenance projects

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified, Metal)
• Ability to travel as required
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience; 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Familiarity with manufacturer specifications and warranty compliance
• Valid driver's license and professional references
