Maintain project documents accurately.
Identify and resolve inter-disciplinary clashes within the BIM models.
Create shop drawings for site installation in accordance with the requirements of each trade.
Generate Request for Information (RFI) for client clarification when necessary.
Generate BIM models for various disciplines based on provided inputs.
Implement and maintain internal Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC) standards.

Proficiency in BIM tools and software.
Proven experience as a BIM Engineer.
Skill in resolving inter-disciplinary clashes within BIM models.
Experience in creating shop drawings for site installation.
Understand and adhere to modeling standards specific to each trade.
Knowledge of internal QAQC standards and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Strong understanding of modeling standards for various trades.
Familiarity with project documentation and ability to generate RFIs.
Ability to generate BIM models based on provided inputs.
