Engage in internal and external communications with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Coach, mentor, and direct junior staff to ensure high-quality execution of project tasks, including field activities and preparation of technical reports and deliverables, while promoting knowledge sharing and team development.
Demonstrate and apply technical competence and knowledge of NJDEP guidance and regulations to assigned tasks.

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
Project management experience is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
In-depth understanding of New Jersey environmental regulations and NJDEP processes.

Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong technical writing skills with a history of preparing NJ regulatory deliverables.
Professional registration or certification, as applicable.
Experience supporting Phase I and LSRP-led projects.
Proficient computer literacy skills, including the use of the Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint) and the ability to learn various software needed to support financial management.
