  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes, and investigations.
  • Administers and maintains employee files and HRIS data entry
  • Attends and participates in employee relations meetings with all levels of organization to include performance management, discipline, discharge, compliance, and documentation.
  • Participates in special projects and team initiatives and provides administrative support as assigned such as employee engagement activities, etc.
  • Assists department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for employees. (i.e., general human resource, benefit questions, FMLA, ADA, Workers’ Comp)
  • Generates and submits payroll reports to Payroll and Plant Manager.
  • Prepares the reporting HR information and data as directed by the HR Manager.
  • Resolves payroll system discrepancies; provides payroll information by answering questions upon request.
  • Prepares and assists with all new employee packages (benefits, new hire paperwork, etc.) and conducts all new hire onboarding.
  • Handles all information in a confidential manner while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Processes Titan timesheets and ensures all timesheets have been approved by employee, manager, and submitted for payroll.
  • Monitors and enters time and attendance, audits time entries for paid time off (PTO) points system and audits time exceptions in preparation for payroll.
  • Reports unsafe conditions immediately to appropriate supervision.
  • Assist with new-hire orientation programs and job fairs
  • Establish, maintain, and control recruitment relations records, files, correspondence, and related reports.
  • Administers and maintains employee files and HRIS data entry for all hourly employees; processing employment changes to personal information, W4, direct deposit, status changes, demographic changes; ad-hoc reporting as required.

  • Superior attention to detail and commitment to accuracy for data entry with timely follow-through.
  • Ability to develop and conduct group presentations to employees.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and Word, comfortable with calendar management and email in Outlook.
  • Self-motivation and a strong sense of urgency
