The Warehouse Packager on the 2nd shift is responsible for all production activities under the packaging program, ensuring safe and efficient operation of the packaging process to meet production targets.
Key responsibilities include operating packaging equipment, reporting maintenance issues, supporting health‑and‑safety initiatives, coordinating with logistics, conducting continuous quality control, and handling the preparation, filling, picking, and dispatch of cylinders.
- Operate packaging equipment, process pumps, compressors, warehousing tools, and forklifts.
- Report equipment faults and maintenance issues to maintain safety and product quality.
- Participate in and promote a health‑and‑safety culture following SOPs.
- Communicate with logistics to fulfill bulk and packaged delivery requirements.
- Perform continuous quality‑control inspections on incoming and outgoing cylinders and AHRI/customer drums.
- Prepare, fill, pick, and dispatch cylinders according to operational procedures.
- Conduct regular checks of incoming products and materials.
- Follow EPA 608 certification requirements and company SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records by entering serial numbers and other details into computer systems.
- Lift, pull, and move items up to 50 lb independently; occasionally move 200‑lb cylinders using a four‑wheel cart.
- Operate motorized vehicles or powered industrial trucks safely in restrictive spaces.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, be able to obtain EPA 608 certification, work at least 40 hours per week with overtime availability, and demonstrate high attention to detail; physically, the role requires frequent lifting of up to 50 lb, occasional handling of 200 lb cylinders, and operation of forklifts and computer systems.
- Stand or walk for 80‑90 % of the shift and perform frequent stair or ladder climbs.
- Work at least 40 hours per week and be available for overtime.
- Complete a pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
