Maintenance Quality Control Analyst (Residential)

• Collaborate with customer service, operations, provider success, AI, and product teams to refine and improve the work order process.
• Provide feedback and advice based on maintenance best practices.
• Communicate with providers when needed to clarify job details and ensure all essential information is collected.
• Review and curate completed work orders before they are presented to the customer.
• Help Lula deliver a best-in-class property maintenance experience for customers.

Are you ready to bring your property maintenance expertise into a dynamic office environment? Lula is looking for a Maintenance Quality Control Analyst to help us transform property care. Use your hands-on trade skills (handyman, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar) to ensure work order requests are accurate, complete, and ready for our pro network—while collaborating with our in-house teams.

• 5+ years hands-on experience in property maintenance, construction, handyman, HVAC, plumbing, or a similar trade.
• Comfortable using technology and eager to learn new digital tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range: $60,000-65,000k
