- Assist with creating tenant and building communication documents
- Document and improve the special event process lifecycle from request to license agreement
- Create or edit internal team communication documents
- Update the team SharePoint page to enhance visibility of deliverables
- Support the Smart Building Program by developing manuals, troubleshooting, and establishing health‑check protocols
- Develop dashboards and collaborate with operational teams to refine use cases for schedule‑to‑demand services using system data
- Assist with facility condition assessments, maintenance job plans, OCP support, and facilities administration
- Coordinate vendor management, work order management, and client relationship management tasks

The internship runs from June 1 2026 to August 7 2026 and is based in Richmond, VA. Candidates must be authorized to work permanently in the United States, as the program does not provide visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
Applicants should be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of coursework completed, in any field. Strong written and verbal communication, independent problem‑solving, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to juggle multiple projects to meet deadlines are essential. An interest in property management, initiative, and a desire to learn about the industry are also required.
