Support business development efforts through technical expertise and client engagement.
Serve as the project lead, manage multiple projects and deliverables with individual deadlines.
Lead and encourage team collaboration and accountability.
Provide progress updates to senior management and client stakeholders.
Ensure all project control procedures are in place and being followed.
Identify schedule logic, relationships, constraints, optimal sequencing, and milestones.
Review contract, specifications, and drawings to confirm design and construction schedule baselines and updates for comprehensiveness, quality, and constructability and risk.
Review and analyze critical path, cost loading, schedule content, and forecasted work.
Support business development through proposal preparation (scope, budgets, and resources plans).
Develop, analyze, and present Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules.
Manage team members and delegate tasks accordingly.
Perform, confirm, and present schedule impact analysis for change orders.
Develop and implement cost administration and reporting systems including estimates, budgets, schedules, manhour, cost, and earned value reports.
Participate in industry organizations and networks.
Prepare reports for internal leadership and client stakeholders.
QA/QC review of schedule submissions for conformance.
Coordinate client meetings and project communication.

Experience with, or ability to learn, tools such as Timberline, RS means and MS project.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
Possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and the desire to continually enhance professional capabilities with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and related scheduling software.
At least ten (10) years of project controls experience
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while meeting required goals and deadlines.
Knowledgeable and proficient in project management processes and procedures.
Strong writing, presentation, and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
Advanced understanding of key scheduling principles and concepts.
