The Civil Project Manager will own projects from bid handoff through closeout, overseeing schedule, cost, quality, safety, and profit. Responsibilities include managing project P&L, preparing estimates and change orders, building and adjusting schedules, leading field crews, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with all safety and legal standards.
Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years of heavy civil construction project management experience, an associate’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred), and ACI certification is a plus. They must demonstrate natural field leadership, strong financial acumen, clear communication, high organization, decisive decision‑making, and a mindset of ownership without blame.
