Providing technical support during manufacturing and installation phases to ensure seamless execution.
Identify and address discrepancies in BOMs promptly to minimize delays and errors during production.
Performing advanced 3D modeling and creating detailed 2D drawings, including client coordination drawings and fabrication documentation.
Conducting peer reviews of designs to ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with engineering standards.

Experience mentoring and guiding junior engineers preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
Familiarity with medium voltage switchgear, utility systems, or the power industry is preferred.
Experience working in a design-to-order or custom engineering environment is strongly preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
5-7+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in DTO or custom engineering.
Proficiency in sheet metal design, including manufacturability and cost optimization.
Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Pro E; Finite Element Analysis (FEA) experience is a plus.
BSME or equivalent required, MSME is preferred
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of IEEE/ANSI C37.20, UL891/1558 design guidelines and NFPA70E are desirable.
