Failure Analysis: Perform in-depth root cause analysis on failures and lead cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventative actions
Spare Parts Analysis: Perform critical spare parts assessments to determine optimal inventory levels
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and report on key operations metrics such as availability to identify improvement opportunities
Project Management: Lead initiation, planning, and execution of major overhauls or improvement initiatives
Continuous Improvement: Drive identification and execution of continuous improvement initiatives
Data and Analytics: Lead data and analytics strategies to optimize plant performance, improve asset reliability, and reduce unplanned outages
Proactive Risk Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments and failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Design Reviews: Participate in the design and engineering of new systems to ensure reliability principles are incorporated into the development process
Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and cross-functional teams on reliability principles and best practices
