The Events Coordinator will track event requests from initiation through completion, maintain detailed records, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients. You will coordinate internal and external parties, manage timelines, and oversee on‑site execution of conferences, promotions and briefings, ensuring high‑quality visitor experiences. The role also includes AV equipment readiness, backup solutions, and acting as the central communication hub for all involved teams.
