The role coordinates the performance and governance of complex, multi‑discipline GRE projects, ensuring that all initiatives—large or small, planned or unplanned—stay on time, on budget, and engage the right stakeholders throughout the process.
Key duties include developing detailed project plans, defining and securing required resources, advising teams on project‑management approaches, delivering effective PgMO process management, and continuously reviewing scope, schedule, cost, safety and quality. The position also enforces facility standards, manages change‑control procedures, ensures compliance with PM methodology, conducts portfolio and utilization analyses, supports strategic initiatives, manages client capital‑planning systems, and drives adoption of efficiency‑enhancing processes while coordinating communications across functional and project teams.
The ideal candidate has proven experience planning, controlling, monitoring and reporting on project delivery, advanced skills in the MS Office suite (including Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Project), strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent organization and time‑management, and superior written and verbal communication. They must be comfortable working in an international, highly matrixed environment, be forward‑thinking, flexible and capable of visualizing and executing strategic ideas.
