Maintain and update sales training materials and documentation.
Provide internal sales support for assigned territories to achieve or exceed sales goals.
Partner with regional managers and field sales teams to resolve customer issues, provide training support, and maintain strong relationships with representatives, engineers, and contractors.
Promote Watts brands positively through professional interactions and on-site product demonstrations or lab tours as required.
Manage and track special/custom quote files and maintain current competitive product knowledge.
Serve as liaison between sales and other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
Utilize and manage spreadsheets for reporting and data tracking.
Maintain productive and collaborative relationships with other Watts employees.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Resolve shipment, billing, and order discrepancies promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide coverage for inside sales communications (voicemail and email) as needed.
Coordinate custom product requests, including design (CEDR), costing, drawings, and submittal requirements.
