Monitor progress, hold weekly meetings and apply Short Interval Control.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety and environmental legislation.
Log and escalate risks and issues beyond delegated authority.
Prepare, review and work to RAMS; identify and report risks and hazards.

Support the Project Manager/Director in planning, design, delivery, monitoring, commissioning, and project handover/close out.
Implement productivity and project controls techniques.
Provide data and reports to enable informed, cost-effective decisions in line with strategy.
Maintain accurate project records (progress reports, daily diaries).
Support procurement planning to ensure timely delivery of materials/resources.
Maintain Balfour Beatty Digital Group Minimum Standards.
Use and promote digital tools appropriately and ensure team training
Support assurance activities (audits) and take action on findings.
Escalate commercial changes and requisition plant and materials as required.
Help develop and update resource-loaded schedules.
Contribute to continuous improvement workshops.
Prepare internal and external reports and liaise with stakeholders.
Maintain awareness of project cost, budget and commercial impact.

Able to undertake work in high pressure situations with a flexible attitude
Proficient in commercial/project management communications
Experience in implementing safe systems of work
Good interpersonal skills that enable working relationships to be developed at all levels across the business and be able to negotiate and influence
Holds or working towards a formal qualification in construction/engineering or equivalent industry experience
Good understanding of the standard forms of contracts
Proficient on O365
Understand specified engineered solutions and effectively brief working parties to ensure full compliance through to completion.
Able to communicate effectively both verbal and written with all levels of the organisation
Experience in managing risks and change processes
A record of a solutions-based approach to problem solving
Holds CSCS and SSSTS or equivalent
