Collect and organize technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, and installation instructions for field use.
Read and interpret engineering drawings as required.
Participate in assembly and testing of equipment prior to shipment.
Develop detailed plans for installation, startup, and commissioning, including scheduling, task management, and resource allocation.
Assemble machinery by studying assembly instructions, drawings, and parts lists to prepare for builds.
Inspect completed assemblies using measurement tools to confirm accuracy.
Examine connections and verify specifications to ensure proper functionality.
Study and understand system operations, including control's philosophy, speed setups, and performance requirements.
Gather and organize components, including parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
Coordinate with internal and external project managers during field projects.
Position and assemble parts by using templates and reading measurements for accuracy and proper fit.
Provide repair and maintenance services for Globe-manufactured equipment.

Proven reliability with an excellent attendance record.
Basic math skills and proficiency with a tape measure required.
Experience using hand, power, and precision tools and gauges required.
High school diploma or GED required.
Demonstrated ability to be adaptable, self-directed, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a Passport and Transportation Worker Identification (TWI) card.
Experience in machine assembly, maintenance mechanics, or millwright work strongly preferred.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings is required.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required.
