Utilise your local network and outstanding communication skills to strengthen existing business relationships, cultivate new client connections, and support business development ensuring to maintain a robust pipeline of structural and major building projects.
Oversee structural design and end-to-end project delivery, ensuring technical quality and seamless coordination across other disciplines within AECOM.
Lead the delivery of complex structural and multi-disciplinary building projects across sectors including health, defence, transport, commercial, aviation and data centres throughout Australia.
Provide leadership and mentoring to the structural team while helping grow AECOM’s presence and capability in Sydney as part of the national Building Engineering group.

Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with (ideally) 15+ years of consultancy experience delivering structural engineering projects in the buildings industry.
Strong technical expertise in structural design, with a thorough understanding of Australian codes, standards and regulations.
Chartership with Engineers Australia (CPEng), other registrations highly regarded.
Demonstrated personal drive to excel in the industry and mentor others to achieve high performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
Proven competency in project and commercial management, with a track record of successfully leading complex projects.
