CMTA is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to provide technical leadership in mechanical design and act as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, architects, and other project team members. The role serves as a first‑level project team manager, coordinating daily activities, overseeing multiple projects through all development phases, and delivering technical design when needed.

- Minimum 7 years of mechanical engineering experience, including field work and people management.

- Deep understanding of construction processes and drawing interpretation.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Experience managing and supporting project teams.
