Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and developing solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Domain background and solid understanding of supply chain planning processes such as demand planning, forecasting, sales & operations planning, master scheduling, production planning, detailed scheduling is a plus.
Experience with configuration or parametrization of (supply chain) advanced planning tools such as SAP APO, OMP,Kinaxis, o9 others.
Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and data.
Ability to identify and resolve business challenges quickly and efficiently.
