Initiate, develop and manage all project phases
Identify deficiencies in mechanical processes and drive improvements

Knowledge of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and mechanical engineering concepts
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related work experience
Excellent math skills, including advanced geometry, calculus and physics
Detail-oriented with solid project management follow-through
Enjoy using critical thinking skills to solve problems
Familiarity with CAD and other mechanical design software
3-5 years experience in engineering
Effective communicator - both verbal and written
Expert time-manager with the drive to meet objectives and key results on time
