Proven expertise with national and FDOT manuals and guides, including the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), Project Traffic Forecasting Handbook, Traffic Analysis Handbook, Multimodal Transportation Site Impact Handbook, Multimodal Access Management Guidebook, and Traffic Engineering Manual.
Safety engineering studies and conceptual design.
Proficiency with Synchro and VISSIM, and TransModeler.
Travel demand modeling and forecasting.
