Tasks
-File lab results, EKG results, and other communication in designated patient charts. -Serve as the Clinical Research Coordinator's right hand in various tasks, including seeing patients and preparing lab kits and patient binders. -Create and maintain patient charts for all assigned studies. -Prepare participant visits based on the Clinical Research Coordinator's schedule, ensuring all source documents, assessments, lab kits, and other visit materials are available and accurate. -Assist Coordinators with scheduling, copying, faxing, and other clerical tasks. -Complete daily responsibilities delegated by the Clinical Research Coordinator as they pertain to the study and/or participants. -Maintain inventory of study-specific supplies, including lab kits, assessments, and participant-facing materials. -Communicate with study participants, caregivers, third-party vendors, and laboratories as needed. -Aid Coordinators in the facilitation of study monitoring visits. -Assist with enrollment logs and other study-related documentation as needed. -Assist Coordinators in assessments, including but not limited to blood pressure and urine collection. -Complete data entry and query resolution for all Case Report Forms (CRFs) in a timely manner, based on sponsor-specific timelines and deadlines.

-Skilled in organization and record maintenance. -Strong personal initiative and attention to detail. -Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations. -Ability to interpret, adapt, and apply guidelines and procedures. -1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or Medical Assistant background. -Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with supervisors and coworkers. -Knowledge of EKG, vitals, and phlebotomy. -Excellent computer skills and advanced knowledge of electronic equipment. -Bilingual in English and Spanish (a must). -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly both orally and verbally. -Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
