This role will see you coordinating and supervising daily site operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. It’s an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands-on leader looking to take ownership of site delivery while supporting a high-performing team.

  • Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with program schedules.
  • Supervise trades and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
  • Monitor and uphold WHS, quality, and environmental compliance across all site activities.
  • Contribute to project performance through effective resource management and cost awareness.
  • Manage materials, deliveries, and logistics to ensure workflow continuity.
  • Liaise closely with the Project Manager, client, and consultants to maintain effective communication and resolve site challenges proactively.
  • Lead daily site operations, including pre-start meetings, scheduling, and progress reporting.

  • Current White Card and First Aid Certificate.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry with at least 2 years in a supervisory or site management role.
  • Strong technical understanding of construction sequencing, trades, and site coordination.
  • Excellent understanding and commitment to EHSQ principles.
  • Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Building / Construction (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project) and familiarity with Procore or similar project systems.
