Arcus FM is seeking an experienced Building Fabric Maintenance professional in the Edinburgh area to join their facilities maintenance team as a Fabric Specialist. The role involves delivering high‑quality planned and reactive maintenance services across a portfolio of multi‑site clients.
The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in several trades, relevant NVQ/City & Guilds/BTEC qualifications, a valid UK driver’s licence, and confidence working independently in customer‑facing environments. Desirable experience includes retail or multi‑site maintenance and skills such as patch plastering, carpentry, tiling, basic plumbing, lock fitting and general fabric repairs.
