The role involves producing accurate technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other CAD software while ensuring compliance with project requirements and design standards. You will translate conceptual designs into detailed drawings, update existing documents to reflect changes, and coordinate with site teams to align drawings with actual conditions. Maintaining organized drawing records and assisting in construction documentation are also key responsibilities.
- Hold a diploma from an accredited institution.
- Possess at least 10 years of drafting experience on construction projects.
- Have a minimum of 5 years working on construction sites with strong site‑practice knowledge.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other computer‑aided design tools.
