- Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides, FAQs, and best practices.
- Work closely with clients to assess their current systems and workflows, identifying integration points for our AI solutions
- Develop and deliver customized product configurations and prototypes to demonstrate the value and functionality of our solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and design tailored AI-driven solutions that meet their specific business needs.
- Serve as the technical expert during the post-sales process
- Provide post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and continued product success.
- Assist in the implementation process by providing technical guidance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration with client systems.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the product development team, communicating client feedback and helping to shape future product features.

- 3-5 years of experience in a solutions engineering, post-sales, or technical consulting role, preferably within the AI or technology sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, NodeJS or similar, and familiarity with APIs, data integration, and cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and data analytics technologies and how they can be applied in enterprise environments.
- Previous experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong technical background with experience in software development, system integration, and cloud-based solutions.
- Experience in the insurance technology or financial services industries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
