- Communicate effectively with internal teams, Regional Mangers, various department leaders, and Renewal by Andersen Retail contacts via email, Microsoft Teams, and phone.
- Actively oversee van management tools to ensure product is scheduled and shipped as requested/assigned
- Resolve and respond to Retailer needs surrounding ordering policies, special product needs, and backorder reassignment.
- Manually intervene as needed to complete one-off ordering requests
- Identifies opportunities and challenges for retailers; provide suggestions and input for quick resolution, potential future tools, and/or best practices.
- Identify areas of improvement for standard work documentation for internal and external ordering groups; make direct leadership aware of gaps.
- Take a proactive approach to customer service initiatives by identifying solutions and options to meet retailer needs. Independently resolve escalated issues, when possible, work with
