You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while meeting the highest quality standards. This includes full lifecycle project and programme management, client cost and risk support, and active collaboration within multi‑disciplinary teams. You will also contribute to monthly reporting, develop stakeholder communication tools, and drive continuous improvement by challenging existing processes.
We are hiring Project Managers at all levels, with a particular focus on the rail market following a major win. The role requires a collaborative, motivated, detail‑oriented approach across a wide variety of complex projects. Your technical competence, lateral thinking, first‑class communication and strong commercial awareness will help you thrive in our vibrant, supportive team.
The ideal candidate is progressing towards a recognised Project Management qualification (APM, RICS or similar) and has proven experience with best‑practice project management techniques. You possess in‑depth knowledge of pre‑ and post‑contract responsibilities, strong organisational and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
