Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure on-time and within-budget
Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), technical data sheets, and engineering documentation.
Develop detailed switchgear panel designs, including GA drawings, SLDs, wiring diagrams, and layout plans.
Review project specifications and authority’s standards using AutoCAD/EPLAN
Conduct electrical analysis to ensure panels are optimized for performance, reliability and safety and perform load calculation, fault studies and other relevant design computations to ensure proper operation and safety of Panel.
Ensure all designs follow safety and quality requirements.

We are seeking a highly skilled Panel Design Engineer with strong expertise in Switchgear Panel design, project scheduling, resource allocation and cost optimization . In this role, you will take full ownership of engineering design, layout preparation, and technical documentation to support high-quality switchgear production that meets international standards.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in switchgear panel design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD / EPLAN and engineering design tools.
Strong knowledge of IEC standards, electrical components, and switchgear configurations.
