In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for leading a team of graphic designers, developing the KOMPAN NA brand standards in alignment with the KOMPAN Global team, overseeing the completion of graphic design projects, and collaborating with the KOMPAN Marketing and Design teams to deliver high-quality visual materials and proposals.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll collaborate closely with the Global and North America Marketing and Design teams to set clear goals and objectives for the graphic design team, oversee the creation and execution of various graphic design projects, and ensure that all KOMPAN NA internal and external collateral adheres to brand standards and production guidelines in line with overall business goals.
For more than 50 years, KOMPAN has researched, designed, and built inventive and imaginative commercial playground equipment and outdoor fitness sites that captivate all ages and abilities.
- Mentor and guide a team of graphic designers, ensuring the achievement of graphic design project goals and deadlines,
- Oversee the creation and execution of KOMPAN NA graphic design projects, such as proposal packages, presentations, marketing materials, and signage,
- Work closely with NA and Global Marketing and Design teams to develop and uphold design and branding guidelines and strategies,
- Evaluate the performance of design projects by analyzing feedback and metrics, making adjustments as necessary to improve future outcomes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills with a cross-functional and multi-national team.
- 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design (Landscape Architecture or Architecture industry experience preferred)
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Proven competence in meeting project goals and deadlines
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to lead the creative vision and production for graphic design projects
- Understanding of the entire scope of a project from conceptual design through completion
