- Experience with enterprise observability tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk)
- Advanced knowledge of AWS services (EKS, EMR, S3, IAM, VPC, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipeline development
- Exposure to big data technologies such as Spark, Hive, Airflow, Presto, Kafka, or similar distributed processing frameworks
- Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical decision-making
- Intermediate knowledge of AWS services with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
- Strong programming skills in Java or Python with deep understanding of software engineering principles
- 5+ years building large-scale cloud infrastructure in production environments
- Proven experience building microservices architectures and designing RESTful APIs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with data engineers, data scientists, and product managers
