Production Managers at LandCare are essential members of the operations team, leading frontline crews to deliver quality, efficient, and safe landscape projects that inspire clients. The role oversees production planning, cost estimation, and materials procurement, and plays a direct part in hiring and training crew members.
In partnership with Account Managers and clients, the manager conducts landscape quality audits, creates detailed job service plans using the Aspire software, and provides production oversight to ensure timely, effective service. They continuously seek opportunities to improve production methods, train team members, and align monthly operations with profitability goals through careful labor and material cost management.
The manager oversees hiring and staffing to keep crews properly sized, fosters a safety‑focused culture, and holds all team members accountable to safety procedures. They educate crew on safety topics and mentor supervisors to develop talent and lead their teams effectively.
Compensation includes a base salary of $60,000‑80,000 depending on experience, an annual bonus, a company‑provided vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package.
