The role leads and develops the Contract Management team, setting its strategic direction and supporting sales and bid activity. You will manage the P&L of contracts, overseeing sales, growth, costs, work‑in‑progress, and debt while ensuring compliance with contract SLAs, KPIs, and industry best practices.
You will prioritize team tasks, coordinate activities, and build partnerships with clients and colleagues through open, transparent, and timely communication. Maintaining a professional image and delivering excellent customer service are essential, as is adapting your management style to changing business needs.
