The Mortgage Loan Originator interviews applicants, educates them on financing options, reviews goals and recommends loan programs. They manage the daily loan pipeline, maintain records, respond to operations, provide timely disclosures, and ensure professional conduct. They also market products, develop leads in builder communities, provide weekend coverage, review documentation, comply with QC policies, attend meetings, and occasionally assist with post‑closing issues.

- Manage daily loan pipeline from application to funding.

- Review borrower documentation for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Participate in meetings, provide input to management, and follow QC policies.
- Assist with post‑closing/funding issues as needed.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have one to two years of related experience or training. A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and state‑required Mortgage Loan Originator license are required. Preferred qualifications include strong written and oral communication, high‑volume data processing accuracy, teamwork, openness to constructive criticism, and bilingual ability.
