Commissioning & Integration Specialist

Description

• Lead and mentor a crew of 2–3 members to ensure safe, efficient project completion.
• Install, test, and troubleshoot radio equipment, fiber optics, and power systems.
• Perform commissioning and integration of BTS equipment, including software updates and performance testing.
• Execute conduit routing, panel wiring, grounding, and steel/concrete platform installations.
• Conduct safety training, enforce standards, and promote a culture of safe work practices.
• Develop, train, and supervise junior Commissioning Engineers.
• Maintain OSHA, CPR, and RF safety certifications or be willing to obtain them.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (EE, CE, ME, CS) with 4+ years of industry experience.
• Possess deep knowledge of wireless network and mobile interworking (Core, BSC, RAN, IP) elements.
• Demonstrate strong field‑work technical background and tool proficiency (drills, saws, sweep gear).
• Ability to lift 60 lb and work at heights using ladders, roof hatches, and catwalks.
